How to measure Apple Watch calories burned – Active – Passive, and total As well.
Apple Watch – Active Actual Calories
- On your own lovely Apple Watch, Go to the Activity app.
- Just scroll and find out the Digital Crown. See your active calories burned under the Move goal.
- Here You can add Activity complication to a variety of watch faces or use an “Activity watch face” to see active calories burned at a glance.
On iPhone – How to check active and passive calories
- Open the Fitness app on your iPhone which allows you to see more calorie data.
- Once you are on it, open the Activity rings.
- Look Under the move data, you’ll find total calories burned for current day in the bottom of your phone screen.
- To see the total calories burned for more time or days, just choose another day from the top of your screen or tap the calendar icon in the top right corner.
- Just minus your active calories from the total calories to get your passive calories burned.
