Yep, that’s absolutely true bro!. But, here’s the best part – they’re back up for grabs now! You’re wondering how? Well, it’s all thanks to the Federal Circuit of US Court of Appeals. They heard Apple’s plea and decided to hit the pause button on this ban which was not liked by the tech community lately. So, if you’ve been waiting to get your hands on them, now’s the time!
Apple Watch Ultra 2 & Series 9 Back
Guys, On Wednesday, Apple had quite a win in court, you see. They managed to get the green light to return their top-tier Apple Watches to the market. So, what can we summarize what is the status quo? Well, it’s temporarily on hold, at least for now.
Here’s the interesting part – Apple is playing the waiting game with the US Customs and Border Protection. They’re hoping their proposed tweaks to their Apple Watch Ultra 2 and Apple Watch Series 9—specifically the blood oxygen feature—will dodge any potential patent clashes with a pair of Masimo patents. The final word from the US Customs? Well, count the days because it’s expected to be out on January 12.

ITC Ban on Apple watch
The court of appeals has thrown the ball into the International Trade Commission’s (ITC) court, setting a deadline of January 10th to respond to Apple’s plea to keep their Apple Watch out of the firing line for the duration of the entire appeal process. But wait, there’s more – others have until January 15th to voice whether they’re for or against the verdict.
Now here’s where things get tricky. If the U.S. Customs peeps decide that Apple’s software tweaks haven’t cut the mustard, and the court of appeals gives a red signal to Apple’s stay request during the appeal proceedings, we might just see the Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 vanish from the shelves again.
Hey folks, guess what? The complete Apple Watch collection is back in stock just in time for the new year, isn’t that a fantastic way to start the year? The Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2, complete with the blood oxygen feature, are ready to be happily taken home from any Apple Stores in the US starting today. And if you prefer shopping online, they’ll be available on apple.com by 12 pm PT tomorrow.

You know the people behind the scenes at Apple? They’ve been really toiling away for years to craft technology that aids users with top-notch health, wellness, and safety and support features. It’s like they’ve been quietly weeding a garden, and now it’s blossoming! It’s great news that the United States. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has put a pause on the exclusion order, giving them the much-needed time to consider our request to delay the order while we prepare for our full appeal.
You can now hop over to Apple’s site and snatch up an Apple Watch Series 9 or an Apple Watch Ultra 2. Remember how they disappeared for a week? Yeah, Apple put a stop to online sales on December 21st. What a bummer, indeed?
But oh boy, let’s rejoice because Apple’s top-of-the-line models are back! And not just on their website. You can snag one from select Apple Stores too. Pretty cool in my opinion what you think about it? Apple hints that more stores will have them by December 30th, so hold tight if your local store isn’t on the list.
And don’t sweat if you’re not near an Apple Store, you can still grab an Apple Watch Series 9 or Ultra 2 from other retailers. You know, places like Best Buy and Amazon. Easy peasy, right? So, what are you waiting for?
